A victory for whom, certainly not the council tax payer. The money will already have been spent on unused bicycle lanes and "traffic calming" frippery and no-one will be held to account.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I agree with The Deep, there are no winners. No-one who works for the council will pay, either out of their pockets or with their jobs, it is the local residents who'll finish up paying for this mess. And when the council gets its paperwork sorted out it'll be business as usual.Je suis Charlie.0
