Would a compensation award from the Police affect my benefit entitlement?

If your esa claim is due to the injury which the compensation is for you will have to pay back esa received for that period of time.0

tbh the chance of the police paying out without a long and protracted claim are zero,personally i wouldn't be bothering the over worked JC+ staff just yet if i were you0
