Late Payment Halifax

Hi I have just received my credit report for the month. On this report I saw the following, this is for a Halifax Overdraft I was paying off due to me switching banks

As you can see, I have been put down as making late payments in june yet the balance history shows I made a payment.

I have a payment plan to make a payment of £100 a month starting from the 28th June I made a payment mid May when I made the arrangements to pay, I paid this on June the 28th I then paid again in July another £100 by the time it cleared I was on holiday when I returned I had the payment returned into my bank.

I phoned up to make my August payment and they told me I had been passed to another department and to wait for a few days, I waited and wasnt contacted so rung back and made a payment in full for the account and made a complaint about the late payments as I believe them not to be late.

Should this be showing as a BB now and should I contest the late payments, im still adament I have broken no payment arrangements
