Too much for car hire at knock airport?

I paid £187.00 for a week's car hire at knock including extra insurance to cover all eventualities..the car was a volkswagen golf
Was that about right as I need to hire again later on
The car co was Carhire3000

cant remember the name of the company we used but it was much cheaper

If you do it via America, make sure the insurance you get is appropriate - Americans often get it free on their credit cards so don't have to pay.

carhire3000 are usually amongst the cheapest here.
