Feel silly asking

Hi all.

Daft question.
I have got myself am aqua card to build up my credit again.

My question is regarding payment and interest.

My bill comes out of the 8th of the month and is due on the 27th.
I get paid on the 24th and always pay in full.
What I would like to know is when can I touch the money again without incurring any interest.
Do I have to wait until next statement comes out.

Thanks guys :)

As long as you have a zero balance and pay it in full on or before due data then you can use it still, My card is due around the same time and if I use it on the 1st to the 15th it is due for payment in the same month but if I add something after this date I then get the extra month to pay it so in theory can have nearer 45 days interest free.

Not quite sure what you mean by "When can I touch the money again". But as long as you pay the bill in full every month, at any point between receiving the statement and the due date, then you'll pay no interest. Your bill arrives on the 8th, so will show any transactions up until - roughly - the 6th ( depends on how long the post takes to deliver the bill after it's been produced ! ). Any spending you put on the card after the 8th will appear on next month's statement, and you won't pay any interest on that transaction as long as you pay the next bill in full and on time.

Really you don't need to worry about when transactions hit your account, so long as you pay the bill in full each month you'll be fine.

    Hope this helps.

No. Any new spend up until the new statement is generated will be part of the next billing cycle.

At any time providing that your current balance remains below the limit.

I have the same card with exactly the sames dates as you.

It 'resets' on the 9th so anything you spend from then (today) will be added on next months statment (after the 8th) but due before the 27th

As long as you pay your statement in full every month by the due date and never ever exceed the limit of the card you can use your card whenever you need to.

You will never pay interest if you always pay the statement balance in full.
You will never pay fees if you don't exceed the credit limit.
