Hi, I am new here so please bear with me. I myself was on CB ESA as I had to give my job up due to illness my husband lost his job December 2013 so my ESA claim was changed to IR as a joint claim.

August 2014 husband found a new job and we notified DWP regarding our ESA joint claim and this has been closed and now I am back to receiving CB.

Notified our local Council as we thought we were entitled to a 4 week run on for Housing Benefit to be told no as I am still receiving ESA is this correct?

Many Thanks.
