Nearly there with Natwest - help needed

Hi all,did small claims court with Natwest via the internet on the 5th july, the Notice of issue was dated to be served on the 10th of july, and they have until the 24th july to reply. The day after the claim would have been issued to them, i received a letter stating that they will pay me as a gesture of good will and without liability £4070.58, as full and final settlement. My small claim is for £4,786.26 plus 8% if it went to court. I have phoned and wrote to them explaining that i will accept if they pay the £120 court issue fee and the charges refunded since i originally started this, as these are not listed in the amount and they are charges on charges. I have not heard as yet from them, and the website says that they have 14 days to acknowledge receipt of the issue of service. Now this letter was dated before the issue would have been given, i have had no more correspondence off them and the 14 days are up on Tuesday. Am i able to press the judgement button and win by default or even though that letter was dated prior to the issue (with an offer that i am waiting feedback on) class that as their acknowledgement. The only reason i accepted this offer is that i owe them £2200 overdraft and it could cause probs later if went to court. If they owed me the whole amount and i owed them nothing, i would have gone for the whole amount.Feedback would be much appreciated.
