Incorrectly completed parking ticket
Hi all
I recently received a local authority parking ticket (Glasgow city council). The ticket has the wrong make of car stated as the offence however does have my registration plate. Make of car is Honda on the ticket. I dont own a honda
Can i appeal based on the incorrectly completed parking notice?

I doubt it - the PCN doesn't have to include the make of car at all, so an error ina a non-essential piece of information is unlikely to invalidate it.
