SCOTLAND SAID NO.......... but at least they spoke,
4 days without heat, water, hot food and still no luck getting through to CUSTOMER SERVICES...... if thats what they call it,
Complete waste of time spending 3 hours so far waiting for calls to be answered.
What options are there for getting around the ansa-phone system.???
