How to complete a form in Draft

Not sure if this is the right place but I have been sent a form and asked to complete it in draft only. What does this actually mean?

To fill it in in draft means that it isn't the final document. It's an early version which you can amend until you are happy with it. For example. If you had a draft contract it would have to be agreed by all parties before it was the final contract and set in stone. Hope that helps
