royal mail claiming loss

i am about to file a claim of loss to royal mail... now i am sending the orginal recorded slip and recipet (i have a copy here) with it however they have asked for proof of market value ~ it was a brand new chart cd. I have printed off three online shopping sites (amazon/play/woolwoths) with the details of this cd... will this be surfice?

RM normally require an invoice or receipt for PoV0

I have just sent them details of replacement cost for item before when I have not had the receipt and they have paid out ok.0

When it happened to me I sent the Ebay end of auction page with the amount the item went for. The Royal Mail had no problem with this.0
