Small vent about three

I have had No service from Three since Friday which has rendered my phone useless can't call/text and can only use wifi.

I emailed them asking them if there is a problem with the account (no missed or late payments my end) and their reply was "We’ve tried to call you about this, but haven’t been able to get in touch with you." :rotfl:

Their solution is for me to call them back using my sim (you know the one with no service) so they can do checks their end.

I've had similar problem with them in the past. They tried sending me a text then closed the ticket as I'd not responded to a text i didn't receive.

It's likely a faulty SIM card. I've had similar once, went to the shop, they told me to restart and to come back tomorrow had the signal not returned. I returned and they wanted nothing to do with it.

Rang Three, they told me they'd ring back on my number, I questioned how they would do that since I had zero service, they insisted they would despite 15 minutes of me trying to get through to them that it was impossible (whilst overseas call centers are annoying, you have to give them credit, they really do stick to the script!).

Eventually, a few calls later, I had them send out a new SIM for collection at the said store which I had to wait a few days for.
