    they aren't daft comments, as opposed to comments which are hearsay and what is fuelling the market for these indemnity policies through misinformation. I'm not qualified to be offering advice as I've no idea on what the property in question is or isn't liable for however if people just took a few moments to read the various websites out there(including the indemnity provider websites) there are links to various sources detailing it to give people a starting idea of what it's about and the risks. At the moment the risk is self perpetuating on a single (albeit large) specific claim and a belief that the local vicar will be popping round to your house at the first sign of his stained glass windows looking a bit mucky for some cash for the window cleaner.
