Can i replace my Motability car now?

Hi,
In September 2011 i was told i was eligible for a motability car. But i didnt get round to getting a car until February 2012.
I have just got confirmation that my renewal application for Higher Rate has been accepted as of September 2014. Can i change my car now or do i have to wait until February 2015?

I believe motability usually want a good reason as to why you want to change early, in my case my motability car just isn't big enough any more, it's due to change in march 2015, and I'm considering approaching them to change early.
