It probably depends on how much debt you have in total that the banks can check. As you can see from my signature, i had 8k on LloydsTSB and got over 4k and 2.5k from other banks. Not sure about A&L but i am almost earning 1k a month. (Hoping new payrise will take me over that)
Virgin are doing 15 months @ 0% so depending on what you need, may be worth looking at.
The spam comment was someone giving their email address asking you to contact them - about a very reasonable loan...

my debts have gone down consierdably in the last year. down from £8k to around £5.5K0
