PLEASE HELP ME
I have a business pre paid account with CASH PLUS. I have been receiving repayments from HMRC for over 2 years. My current repayment was sent by BACS to Cash Plus that arrived on Monday. I have been told that the BACS payment needs to be reviewed before its credited to my account. Is this correct? I have spoken to HMRC and been informed that there is no issues whatsoever. Has any other business account with CASH PLUS suffered this unlawful wait for funds to be credited.

You seem to have decided it's unlawful while in parallel asking if it's correct!
I don't think it's safe to assume that a card account will be credited the same day a payment arrives with the provider as some do have an internal allocation process that isn't instantaneous, what do the Ts & Cs of the account say about how and when repayments are applied?0
