hi
OH switched from an old lloyds a/c to M&S. switch has happend but struggling to get online login.
anyway there is a SO from nationwide to old lloyds. as i understand the incoming payments are automatically directed from nationwide to M&S, but not sure if this is only for some initial duration. or do we need to change SO with nationwide?

You do need to change the SO at Nationwide, although the incoming payment will be redirected for (I believe) 13 months, so you've got plenty of time to do it.0
