Ventilation issues - which trade to call?

in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
my central ventilation unit (for the bathrooms) looks to be busted (greenwood airvac CMLe) - if i'm looking for a new replacement/installation, which trade should i be calling? plumber? electrician? bathroom fitter?

confused...

    It's an extraction unit. Not an air conditioning unit. There is no air conditioning involved. It extracts air from one location to another. It is not air conditioning.

    it could also be a heat recovery unit, it's not a bog standard extractor fan so i stand by my orginial comment
