Generally I give people the benefit of the doubt.
But apart from the OP's particular circumstances I think it's an interesting idea. My 10 year plan involves (hopefully) getting into a position where I don't have to work full time.0 -

You could always move to Chiang Mai or somewhere like that. You can live very well off a few hundred quid a month.0

What an interesting thread. I've not read it all but got the gist. I think you're underestimating women if you think that none would consider that alternative lifestyle. I agree with the pinpin.
While I think there are things you need to relook at in your budget as mentioned, you could easily rework those. You seem intelligent enough.
If you're happy with the very basics, don't care for position and status of careers and are not interested in more material things then more power to you. I quite envy and admire you.
