UKPC Charge

Hello,
I received a £60 charge from UKPC for parking in a permit bay without a permit.
The permit restrictions were lifted so I parked there, then I went away and when I came back they had enforced the restrictions and given me a PCN. I am in the process of applying for a permit now, but I wasn't at the time.
They have charged me £60 if I pay within 14 days and £100 thereafter
Has anyone else had a dealing with UKPC?
If I take this further am I likely to win?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

You will win using the standard templaes in the Newbies thread.
Wait for your NtK (as that won't be compliant so will give you an extra appeal point.)
Forget about £60 or £100 - it will be zero.0 -
If this is in a block of flats you may not need a permit, and this ticket may be an attempt to obtain monies by misrepresentation.
It depends on what basis you are allowed to park there and the terms of your lease/AST. Have a read of this

Just a few thousand people on here!
100% yes if you follow the simple (already written for you) appeals process shown in the Newbies thread. Look at all the successes in this thread alone:

So use the 'Forum Jump' to get back to page one and read the NEWBIES sticky thread again. No need for new threads really, as this is standard stuff covered already.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

They are pretty easy to beat in my experience.0
