No default for loan with a CCJ

Hello,
I have 2 loans with Creation finance. 1 which has been made into a CCJ and the other sent to the debt company.
The problem is both these loans are still ongoing on my credit file. for about 10 months now it has said I am 6 payments late.
I am paying my loans off with the 2 companies...
How will I get the loans to default? they should of done in 2013 sometime.... its affecting my credit file as everything else is gone except this.
many thanks

sounds like noddle / call credit? if so ignore.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

hello its on experian mate? so not sure?
As its not defauting it will not drop off the credit file? in 6 years?0 -
still wont be 'done' if it defaults,0

What do you mean by done?
Im paying the loan to the debt collectors? i just want it to default? like every other loan after 3-6 months etc.0 -
ccj must have a default not 6 each month0
-
so how would I go about this... Could I get the CCJ recinded? as its not been defaulted?0
-
no all you can do is get your credit file changed so a default. so it drops off when the ccj does0

That's a good question, you might want to speak with the company you're paying the loan payment arrangement with if you have a payment arrangement the company as a late payment and not considered as a default.
A defaulted account will remain on the credit report for six years from the default date.
If you would like me to take a look at your credit report please send me your details to uksocialsupport@experian.com I would be more than happy to help.
Kind Regards
