No default for loan with a CCJ

Hello,

I have 2 loans with Creation finance. 1 which has been made into a CCJ and the other sent to the debt company.

The problem is both these loans are still ongoing on my credit file. for about 10 months now it has said I am 6 payments late.

I am paying my loans off with the 2 companies...

How will I get the loans to default? they should of done in 2013 sometime.... its affecting my credit file as everything else is gone except this.

many thanks

sounds like noddle / call credit? if so ignore.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

That's a good question, you might want to speak with the company you're paying the loan payment arrangement with if you have a payment arrangement the company as a late payment and not considered as a default.

A defaulted account will remain on the credit report for six years from the default date.

If you would like me to take a look at your credit report please send me your details to uksocialsupport@experian.com I would be more than happy to help.
