Changes to Scottish Powers T&C
I have received an email from SP - Informing me that they have changed their T&C to benefit "the customer" with a link to their new T&C (11 pages long) but no indication as to what, exactly they have changed.....
Could they be honest and tell us what they have changed rather than this method ...??

I too failed to see how this was a benefit to the customer and the more I read it , the more confused I got !0
