Cheapest way to install new kitchen

I bought a house in need of total renovation, the kitchen in particular but it is very small- 2.74m x 2.46m, and I want to put a door to the garden at the back.
Looking to install everything: a new sink (not where the current one is), fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washer/dryer combo, and a few cabinets for crockery and pans. All appliances should be integrated and stacked up as much as possible. If I could also get a small table in that would be a bonus.

What is the best strategy to do all this as cheap as possible- get everything supplied and fitted by one supplier (if so who?) or just buy the units and appliances and find some handiman for the labour? B&Q quoted £8000 for the kitchen which seems alot more than the sum of its parts!
