separating from wife

hi all firs post on here but been reading here for a while
your opinion will help me a lot at the moment and i woild like to thank you in advance
i been married for 9 years got 2 young kids ,things have not been going well with wife for about 3 years ,now she has told me to move out,the house is on her name as she had it morgage before we met,
i work fulltime but not a big money job,kids are 6 and 4 year old.
what rights do i have now that i will move out and what will happen with kids and the mortgage due to wife (ex now) working part time (she has been doing since we had first child )
hope someone will give me advice how to move out and what to do ?
