Are they only contactable via email now??? I've been on hold for over 26 minutes this is a joke......If it wasn't urgent then I wouldn't ring them.:mad:

May be too late for you...but I've got thru to them straight away by ringing @ 8:00am on the dot -suspect that 5:00pm is almost the worst time for them to get calls,as people get home from work.:)0 -

The man I spoke to eventually told me that he thinks because I kept pressing the star button to change the music it kept putting to the back of the queue.
He's logged the error with their I.T department and I wont press that button againIt's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0 -

As you can apparently forsee that you will get busier at this time of year then why they hell don't you take action in advance to prevent us, you know the customers who are the source of your income, being contemptibly treated like (insert adjective of choice)!
This of course applies to virtually every energy supplier not just you.0
