investigatory meeting - some complaints not raised

If someone were called to a meeting to investigate complaints made about them by a coworker - would they have any right to see the complaint in full. Ie a copy of the written complaint?
If some parts of the complaint were ignored in the meeting could one ask what they were anyway?
Thanks

I once had to write a witness statement regarding another member of staff which eventually contributed to their dismissal. I was promised by my boss that the employee wouldn't be given any indication as to who wrote the statement. What did she do? She read the statement out in front of them, which had my name on the front :rotfl:
I want to say that they would show you what the whole complaint says as it's your business but then part of me thinks that they wouldn't if it made it clear who filed it by handwriting and circumstances mentionedOur Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

I know who raised the complaint anyway. They told me in the meeting0

I would request to see it! If you do not know the full problem then how can you go about amending things?
Good luck0 -
As above, you can't defend a case against you if the evidence is not disclosed0

Is this progressing to a disciplinary hearing? At that stage you definitely should be sent copies of all evidence and that will include who is making the allegations. How can you give a full account if you don't know what has been said?

I dont think it will go any further. If it doesnt would I have any right to see the element of the complaint that employer thought was invalid0
