A bus lane contravention is where you drive in a bus lane when you're not allowed to. The bus lane should be clearly marked, and there should be notices saying you're not allowed to use it, usually within prescribed time periods.0

There are a few PPC's that try to issue PCNs for driving in a bus lane.
