just asking if the advice given in the newbie section is still valid.
have a notice, posted, dating the offence @ 31/08 and issued 24/09, titled BA02-dropping off and picking up outside of a designated parking area.
a the time, i dropped the OH off infront of the car park that offers 15 minutes free drop off/pick up . didnt see the point in going through the rigmorol of entereing the car park and leaving, so didnt.
