    Glad this thread was about Latvians, not foreign nationals from the middle eastern area's, else this thread would have been totally derailed with accusations of racism.

    Vehicles were registered at the various LVLOs, it was only after they were registered that the details were added to the DVLA database at Swansea.

    To the OP. Find someone in our police that gives a sht. Do 31MPH in a 30 zone and the whole metropolitan force will be down on you.


    If you like finding dirty nappies and rubbish in your garden as well as being parked in and other anti-social problems, then go straight ahead and complain.


    It won't do anything, but it may make you feel better that you have done your civic duty, meanwhile, whilst they're bothering you, they'll leave me alone.
