is this bent tube on this fridge a problem?

I have another small fridge, different to the one in another thread with rust.

This fridge was plugged in in the garage i'e just taken it into the house and taken a picture.

The question with this one is the tube has a bend in the two places circled, i'm wondering if that may be an issue. e.g. whatevre flows through it may be restricted and that that may be an issue?

yes, thanks, you're right, it is protecting some wiring. I squeezed it and I felt wiring.
I can see one end goes to a white box at the bottom right of the fridge in the pic in the first post.

The other end of the rubber is shown here leading to a nozzle type thing.

Any idea what the wiring within it does?

like what goes on between the white box in the bottom right of the fridge(one area where I circled in that first post) , and the other end goes to a black tube like thing pictured above. What goes on along the wires in that tube? And what are those white box and that black tube for?

    Thanks

MM is correct it is some sort of spiral strengthening added to the wiring loom, inner bit seems kinked?, but if it's still working, and and I think you must be on a budget, leave it well alone.

I'm not planning on changing anything there, i'm just asking what the wiring would be for, what the white box is, what the cylindrical black thing it leads to are, as i'm interested. maybe somebody here knows.

    Does it matter?

It either feeds the compressor or gives temps to the thermostat, it simply controls the freezer. If it works leave well alone.
