VCS Evidence Pack

Submitted my appeal to POPLA using the template for windscreen ticket / parked without permit.

VCS have sent back a 41 page evidence pack including a detailed GPEOL statement. What should I be doing at this stage?

    reading the forum (using the forum search box) for the recent VCS or EXCEL rebuttals and sending in a rebuttal to popla asap

    What version of the GPEOL statement is it ?1.8? or a different one?

    Do they number their versions in what the appellant will see? (i.e. how is the OP supposed to know what revision is it?)

    Indeed they do.
    Excel have just released version 2 EPS (for ANPR)
