We have a similar fraud with some builders based in Bury, Greater Manchester. Please never use Carl Howard or Will Dawson as both are liars and cheats. We have taken them to court, won our claims (totaling £15,000) and received Judgement but neither defendant has paid anything. Now considering applying for a Deed of Execution so the County Enforcement Officers can assist.
The job was worth over £30k but with over 90 defects, work not complete and several major structural issues it will cost at least £15k to put right.s0 -
