Topcashback-Santander

Has anyone seen Santander are giving £35 or so for switching via topcashback, and it doesn't need to be the 123.

Does anyone know if this needs to be a switch with DD's set up?

Thanks.

Why would it need DDs (not DD's) if the "Merchant Notes" at TCB say nothing about this?

In such cases I quote BCDR: "Don't look for a black cat in the dark room.... in which there is no cat"
