Lines close midday November 2014 and 3 days later for postal entries. Entries received after competition closes will not be counted but may be charged.

The prize comprises a pair of business class scheduled airline tickets (the "Tickets") to a maximum value of £10,000 including airport taxes.

The Tickets must be booked through Channel 5’s prize provider within 28 days of the date of the winner notification e-mail.

Travel must be completed within one year of the date of the winner notification e-mail.

Please note that business class may not be available with all airlines and on all routes and may be known by other brand names by different airlines. Channel 5's prize provider will, at its sole discretion, determine whether business class or its equivalent is available on the itinerary chosen by the winner.

Actual dates of travel will be subject to availability and capacity control at the time of booking. Availability for use of the Tickets is limited for each flight. Some flights may already be booked and consequently have no seats available. During peak periods, seats will fill quickly and availability cannot be guaranteed on some dates.

The Tickets may be used by the winner and a companion of their choosing on one itinerary. Both the winner and their companion must fly on the same flights and on the same dates. The chosen itinerary may include an unlimited number of stopovers, subject to availability.

Once booked, any amendments will be at the expense of the winner to the extent that the total cost of the Tickets including the cost of any amendments exceeds £10,000 including airport taxes.

The Tickets will not be available for the accumulation of “Air Miles” or other frequent-flyer benefits offered by airlines.

Where the winner is under 18 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

It is the responsibility of the winner to organise and pay costs associated with travel insurance and obtaining passports, visas and any other travel documentation required for themselves and their travelling companion. It is highly recommended that the winner and his/her companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

The winner and their companion must abide by and will be subject to the airline published Conditions of Carriage and any other terms and conditions.

Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. In the event that the winner and his or her companion are unable to travel on flights that have been rescheduled, alternative dates will be offered but no compensation or refund will be given.

The prize excludes all other travel arrangements, meals and drinks which are not included in the Tickets, accommodation, excursions, attractions, treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

The Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize.
