Previous claims "stayed" - what now?

Apologies if this has been covered already.

I had several claims against the TSB which were due to be heard in court all those years ago but 1 week before the court date the announcement came out ruling that the bank charges were not bring paid back and so my claims were never heard.

With the recent case do you think there is any possibility I can re activate the previous claims? If so, how would I go about it?

Check with the court. I very much doubt any claim made over 5 years ago is still stayed.
