IVA and PPI

Please could someone offer advise.
I finished paying my IVA over a year ago but I still have not got a certificate to say it has been completed. Grant Thornton are the IVA company. I have recently received a phone call from a company claiming to work on behalf of Grant in order to claim back any PPI I might be entitled to. The question I have is do I have to go through with attempting to claim back the PPI as I want to put an end to all this harassment. I have no intention of claiming back any of the IVA myself, all I am interested in is getting my form to say that I am IVA free. Can they legally force me to sign a document to claim the IVA on my behalf.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
