Problems with Kingston usb drive

Hi,
I have a Kingston micro usb drive. It was working until yesterday but now when I click on the drive I get a message "Please insert a disc into Removable Disk (E)
Can anyone help please?

Insert the USB memory stick as usual.
Right click on "My Computer" and select "Manage".
Click on "Disk Management".
Right click on the USB drive shown in the "Volume" window.
Select "Change Drive Letter and Paths".
Change the drive letter to one that's not already allocated e.g. P or Q and click "OK0
