Some Dell Latitude D600 keys not working

I have a Dell Latitude D600 in which some of the keys are not working namely:-
F2 3 e d and c.
I don't know if it suddenly happened as I was just given the computer and asked to fix it.
I have removed the keyboard and given it a blow out with compressed air to no avail.
Is it worth while getting a new keyboard or is it something more serious?
Also the wifi does not work and it is not turned off in the BIOS.

It sounds like a faulty keyboard particularly as the damaged keys are in the same area, given the keyboard is cheap to get a hold of and easy to replace I'd give it a go.

Less than a tenner on eBay, a very easy fix.
