The following information and terms and conditions relate to the Naturetrek Facebook prize draw to ‘Win a £2000 Naturetrek Holiday!’ (the‘Promotion’) and associated promotions run by Digital Visitor Limited (the‘Administrator’). By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. ‘The Promoter’ of this action is Naturetrek whose registered office is at Cheriton Mill, Cheriton, Alresford, Hampshire, SO24 0NG, UK and whose registered company number is GB458873981.

1. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

2. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over only.

3. Employees of the Naturetrek, Digital Visitor and (the ‘Prize Partners’) Samsung, Osprey, Swarovski Optik, Mountain Warehouse, Wild Travel Magazine or The Really Wild Bird Food Company, their members, partners or any company involved in the Promotion, or members of their families or households, are not eligible to win.

4. The Promotion opens 9:30am (BST) October 6th 2014 and closes 5:00pm (GMT) November 3rd 2014 (the ‘Promotion Period’). No entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be valid. The promoter has the authority to amend, extend or withdraw this without prior notice at any time during this period.

5. The weekly promotions open 9:30 am on Mondays and close at 9:29 on the following Monday, the ‘Weekly Promotion Period’. For example if the weekly promotion period opens at 9:30am on Monday 6th October it will close at 9:29am on Monday 13th October and so on.

6. The daily promotions open at 9:30am and close at 9:29am on the following day, the ‘Daily Promotion Period’. For example if the daily promotion period opens at 9:30am on 6th October, it would close at 9:29am on 7th October.

7. The Promotion is free to enter - no purchase is necessary.

8. All valid and successful entries made during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win the main holiday prize consisting of:
a.£2000 to spend on a Naturetrek holiday of your choice.

9. All valid and successful entries made during the Weekly Promotion Periods will be eligible to win:
a. 6th October 2014 – 13th October 2014 : 1x Osprey Pack Sirrus and 1x Osprey Pack Stratos and a years subscription to Wild Travel Magazine.
b. 13th October 2014 – 20th October 2014: Swarovski Optik Binoculars - CL Pocket 8x25 and a years subscription to Wild Travel Magazine.
c. 20th October 2014 – 27th October 2014: £200 Mountain Warehouse Vouchers and a years subscription to Wild Travel Magazine.
d. 27th October 2014 – 3rd November 2013: Samsung NX Mini Digital Camera and a years subscription to Wild Travel Magazine.

10. All valid and successful entries made during the Daily Promotion Periods will be eligible to win the following from The Really Wild Bird Food Company:
a. 6th October 2014 – 13th October 2014 : Fatball Feeder Ring containing 10 fatballs
b. 13th October 2014 – 20th October 2014: Multi- Style Wooden Nest Box
c. 20th October 2014 – 27th October 2014: Cedar Wood Double Suet Feat Holder containing 2 suet feasts

11. To enter the Promotion, you must like the Nature trek Facebook Page visit the promotion tab, tell us on which Naturetrek tour you’d find the species pictured in the Polaroid style image, fill in your details and click submit. The Polariod style image will change daily and users are permitted to enter every day throughout the Promotion Period should they wish.

12. Users are permitted to receive a maximum of one entry per day if they enter every day and one extra entry over all if they opt in to receive more information from Naturetrek.

13. Proof of entry, is not proof of receipt.

14. The Promoter, Administrator and the Prize Partners accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to the Promotion.

15. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter and Administrator that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.

16. The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any entrant and withhold prizes if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these rules or if they do not comply with any of these terms and conditions.

17. The Promoter also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and any amendments will be published on the notes section of the Naturetrek Facebook page.

18. Promotion winners will be chosen at random by the Administrator, unless specified otherwise, from all qualifying entries within 14 days of the competition closing date.

19. Promotion winners will be contacted by the Administrator within 5 working days of random draw taking place.

20. The Promoter and Administrator will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using the contact details supplied upon entry to the Promotion. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the Prize. Neither the Promoter nor Administrator shall be responsible should the winner provide incorrect contact or delivery details.

21. The winner will be asked to book their prize in accordance with these terms and conditions and any other instructions provided by the Administrator and the Promoter.

22. Winner must be over the age of 18 with a valid passport to travel (valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date for the trip).

23. All travel, holiday or health insurance, passports and any required visas shall be the responsibility of the prize winner(s) and not the Promoter, Administrator or Prize Partners.

24. Travel dates may be restricted.

25. All prizes are subject to availability.

26. The holiday prize winner may increase the value of their prize by adding additional funds themselves. The holiday prize may be taken up to the value of £2000 OR £2000 may be put towards a Nature trek holiday of their choice with the additional cost being supplied by the winner.

27. Individual Prize Provider terms and conditions apply.

28. Additional costs may be not included within the holiday prize, depending on what holiday is chosen (including but not limited to, food and drink, spending money, excursions and transfers)and are the responsibility of the prize winners and not the Promoter, the Administrator or any of the Prize Partners.

29. The Promoter, Administrator, Prize Partners and their associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion or the winners’ enjoyment of the prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.

30. Promotion winner(s)' names may be published on the Naturetrek website and social media accounts.

31. After 3rd October 2014 and for the following 3 months, the name and county of residence of the winners will be available upon written request to Cheriton Mill,Cheriton, Alresford, Hampshire, SO24 0NG, UK. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope for a list of winners.

32. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity without compensation and the Promoter reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners/photographs of them in any publicity.

33. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent. Please see Naturetrek’s Privacy Policy for further details.

34. The Promoters decision is final.

35. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

36. This Promotion is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Facebook. You are providing your information to the Promoter and the Prize Partners and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used in the administration of the competition and for email marketing purposes. You may opt out of receiving further communications from the promoter and Prize Partners by un-ticking the box in the entry form provided.
