Quiet keyboard for under £30?

Hi folks,
The person who sits opposite me at work is the loudest typer ever known to man. I literally cannot think when she is typing. She knows - and we're working together to get her a new keyboard.
We asked our IT dept if she can have an Apple keyboard. The designer in our dept has one and it's super quiet. They said no because it was too expensive, so can anyone recommend a QUIET keyboard for under about £30?
I tried googling and just got a lot of confusing arguments about mechanical or not, and recommendations for £150 keyboards :rotfl:
Appreciate it!
Thx.

Amazon is easy to return if it is not fit for purpose...0 -
They're generically called scrabble tile keyboards for search purposes and Logitech do a reasonable one.
