Chimney Removal in lounge

Options
Hi

We have been quoted £750 for the following in Kent/SE London:
The chimney isn't in the bedroom and we have the steel parts in the loft to support it so no extra work required:

To remove existing chimney breast .
To make good ceiling and plaster ready for decoration
To plaster where chimney has been removed , to match existing .
remove all rubble from site .
Inclusive of labour & materials

Thanks
