Santander UK Bank City?

Hi, sorry if this is the wrong section. But I am trying to accept an IBAN/BIC payment and in a form I need to enter:

Bank Name
Bank location
Bank country

In 'Name', I wrote Santander, and country I put United Kingdom. I asked them what the location was and they said city. I searched everywhere and can't seem to find where their city is. Not sure if it's London or what. Hope someone can help!

it's the location of your branch - google the sort code.

Thanks both! Just confirmed my sort code and it's definitely in London.

Former & current Building Societies (like Santander) almost always have their Sort Codes registered at a central office rather than at branch level for historic reasons.
