CEL court appearances

According to PP's blog, on 10th September 2014 CEL were due to be in court with 5 claims, at Bedford, Bromley, Canturbury and two at Nottingham.

I can find nothing on here or Pepipoo about any of them. Surely CEL did not win them all by default. Does anyone know?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Hopefully the defendants put in decent defences and CEL were no-shows. (Which is their modus-operandi when their claims are defended).

No-shows, you would think that a judge would ban them from makeing claims after no shows for wasting the courts time? Or are PPCs exempt from this kind of punishment.
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.

I couldn't have thought of a more obvious example of a vexatious litigant - one who raises claims then never prosecutes them.

Well I expect the defendants aren't on a forum. Let's hope the defendants simply showed up, as CEL never do. As we know, the defendants could then have claimed costs and won on the spot. We will probably never know.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
