VeryIt's actually the same age as my old car (S reg) but has PAS (:j when you have a duff arm like mine) and is a much higher spec model (top of the range of it's time) so it'll hold it's resale value for much longer so it's more of an asset.
Non PAS cars are dropping in value hugely lately!

After 2 NSD's I met up with 2 Uni friends in Manchester today but am pleased as:
Harry Potter from Morrisons - £4.99
Train ticket - £12.30
All food and drink for the day c.£18
Half price blouse in Bravissimo - £19.50 (looked at it when full price and need some new clothes for my new job and haven't bought any new clothes for ages).
So £55  but I'm happy with that - could quite easily have spent a lot more in all the shops (never been in Manchester before not used to so many big shops).Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
Initial Mortgage free date - January 2058
Mortgage as of 1st February 2024 - £159,134.98
Overpayments to date - £79.62
Current Mortgage free date - January 20580 -
