Today I will go and buy
* Saturday Times for the 'originals' voucher
* 3 bottles of Lidl cola + Lidl strawberries
*the best value Egyptian pounds that are available here, = £50 (cash!!), will get the rest in travellers cheques (too late to open a cheap card account) later. BTW: Much better to exchange money in Egypt as you get approx 10% more!
* shall 'shop from home' for rest of meals as want to empty the freezer.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

Aiming for a NSD today, but think I will need to spend £1.60 on coffee in return for a friend taking DS out.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Got paid today :j And... I still had money left from last month!:D:j Not loads, but that hasn't happened for a long time... I'm talking years!! And that's despite going over my grocery budget and a couple of the weekly challenges. Lots of credit (bad choice of word lol) has to go to you lot on here as a great inspiration
So far I've spent £2.49 on milk, cheese and tea bags (bit overpriced from Spar but couldn't be bothered getting rained on going to supermarket, and at least I had a 50p off Yorkshire Tea voucher).. plus about a tenner on a couple of bits off eBay (a top and a CD - my treats to myself for the month)... maybe going out later so that'll be a bit more but will try not to overdo it.
Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
