Hi,
I have a Holiday apartment in Bulgaria that I would like to sell but I am having a problem with knowing how to go about it as I bought it for investment and do not go to it myself.. It has only been used a few times through renting it to a few people...
If anyone can help with Estate agents or anyone that would like to buy a holiday apartment in Crown Fort, Sunny beach please let me know.
It is a 1 bed apartment with pool view and fully furnished....
All help will be thankful.

Sorry - shouldn't laugh....
but I always do when I see these posts.
First, unlikely anyone here has knowledge/experience of Bulgaria, bit you may be lucky.
But second, why on earth did you invest in a business enterprise without knowing how to take the profit and/or manage the exit strategy?0 -
How do other people in the apartment block sell them? Is there a caretaker or keyholder or manager who might know? Are there agents?
I suggest you get out there and see what you can find out. Maybe contact whoever it was you bought it from.
