Where to buy sliding wall partition for through-lounge?

Recently bought a 1930s semi, the lounge and dining room has been knocked through. I was thinking of getting a lodger in the dining room and dining in the reception room instead. (3.6m x 4.72m)

Is there a good way to seal up the separation between the two rooms without bricking it up again, e.g. big solid sliding doors? I have seen glass sliding doors but nothing really substantial that you would enjoy some privacy living behind! :o

Knock up a quick and comparatively inexpensive stud wall. It can easily be removed when circumstances change.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.
