£500 worth of charges - is it worth while??

I've accrued £500 in charges fro exceeding my agreed overdraft limit since Jan 2007 with HSBC. Is it worth my while trying to reclaim these? Or will it be a waste of time?

I would I have just recieved offer from my bk for £500 this week, I did however need to start court case before this happened! All templates are included wihin Martins main site via the link for bank charge reclaiming0

Stick to time scales stated on martins web and send everything recorded delivery, so they have to sign for it, at least you can confirm you gave them the right time scale, and they cant catch you out - saying they never received it.Hope this helps.0
