Love2shop Vouchers with Energy Switch

I switched to Scottish Power with the energy club and have just received my cashback but there's been no mention of the £80 love2shop vouchers. Does anybody know how long it is before I get sent these and do they come from the energy club or Scottish Power?

I got mine 2 months after switching. Mine were via energy helpline though. The letter had both energyhelpline and scottishpower logos on as far as I remember.

These vouchers are being sent out by Scottish Power, they should be sent approx. 6 weeks after your switch completed. If they're overdue or you'd like to find out more you might want to Scottish Power to check when yours will be received.

Just to let you know my situation I was due to get £80 love to shop vouchers from my Scottish Power switch. This was started back in 25 July 2014 as per my email from the Energy Saving Club and my switch completed many months ago.

Since then I have made numerous phone call to Scottish Power who have stated it is MSE who will be sending them out. I was promised these would be delivered during November but this has now passed.

I phoned once again and the Scottish Power rep said they would call MSE as it had been dragging on for so long. When she provided an update, she stated that MSE could not give any timescales as to when they will be delivered.

Apparently MSE should be getting back to me shortly.............

I'm still waiting for these vouchers from September. I've contacted them numerous times, been promised them by end January and now they aren't even replying to emails.

It seems to me to be a big con. It's been 5 months. Don't use Energyhelpline to switch, I won't bother again.

Keep email and pushing for your vouchers. I got mine as a result.
