best way to fill or level path?

guys just wondered what is the best way to level This area getting rid of the uneveness.

i was thinking Subbase & concrete?

    Low budget - diy if decent result can be achieved.

    Very light traffic at most wheeling the bins out or maybe BBQ in summer

    Paving slabs , on a bed of sharp sand

    How could i lay the slabs.

    OK what you do is get some cement and sand. Mix 1 part cement and 4 parts sand. This will make a hard base. Pour it on the area and spoon over using a trowel.

    Let it dry completely. The it's you choice if you want to put slab on top to look better or leave as it is.

    The other option is to get a sledge hammer and chip it off with brute force. That means you're getting rid of it all then you can soil it over.
